Our debut at the Cavern was a bit of a rushed affair, but it was heavenly to actually play what we’ve been working on, especially when sandwiched between the new dance-ophrenic sets from Billingham’s Defense System’s CJ and Robbie. Thanks for a great show. It was my first time to see them live…they were jumping up and down on banquette seating like a trampoline and singing their hearts out. Wanz Dover’s remix of “Shake Your Dandelion” is real nice, too.

Museum Creatures

What a hellacious night of drunk we had on New Years; the hangover that followed was an epic one that spanned all levels of misery. Memorable as the day following a high school spring break party week.

Now onto new music. As Boytap lies down it’s head, Museum Creatures is pecking away at the eggshell that contains it, ready to burst forth in feathery fervor. Stephen Holmes and I have been squeezing in beat sessions for months now and we are scheduled to play our first show in February.

I’m excited.

My old website consisted of a blog with 6 entries (updated about a year ago). Let’s try that again.

For those who for some reason stumble back to this page, please consider spending your NYE at the Cavern, where Big J is hosting his crazy party upstairs and Melissa Meaow’s Bombshell Burlesque along with BoyTap will manhandle you into the new decade.

Unfortunately for BoyTap, the computer that had new songs in the works was stolen by a yet-to-be-apprehended asshole out of its gentle owner’s car. But get ready for BATHBOOM and TELESCOPE, two new (filthy) ditties.
